Donald W. Gillis, a native of Soperton, Georgia. Graduate of University of Georgia, B. A., 1975. A Graduate of Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, J.D. 1978.

Mr. Gillis' practice areas include: Real Estate Transactions; Domestic Relations; Corporate Law; Business Law. He presides as State Court Judge in Truetlan County.

James M. Thomas, a native of Pierce County Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia and received legal education at Emory University School of Law.

Mr. Thomas has practiced law in Georgia for 36 years. He has served as lead counsel in civil jury trials in 27 Georgia counties and three states. He has held an individual "AV" rating for 25 years.

He is the author of two books and numerous articles including, Individual Integrity, Castle Marsh Publications, Savannah, 1984.
